  1. Return Terms
    To protect your rights, please confirm the following conditions before returning a product:

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product (based on the delivery receipt date).

Products must be new, unused, and unwashed, with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and gifts intact.

Customized items, clearance items, and intimate apparel (such as lingerie and swimwear) are not returnable unless there is a quality issue.

Returns for personal reasons (such as the wrong size or dislike of the color) are the buyer’s responsibility for round-trip shipping.

We will cover the return shipping costs for quality issues, wrong shipment, etc.

  1. Return Not Accepted
    We are unable to process returns or refunds in the following situations:

Requests submitted after the return period

Items that have been used, washed, damaged, or are missing their original packaging and accessories

Damage caused by human error (such as scratches, breakage, or contamination)

Losses caused by force majeure such as logistics delays or customs clearance (please contact customer service for solutions).

Submitting a Request

Please contact us at lshiguo123@163.com and provide your order number, reason for return, and relevant photos.

Return Confirmation

Customer service will review and respond with the return address and instructions within 2 business days.

Returning the Product

Please ship the product within 7 days of receiving the return confirmation and provide the tracking number.

Receipt and Refund

We will process a refund (using the original payment method) within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

  1. Refund Information
    The refund amount only includes the purchase price. If the return is due to the buyer’s fault, shipping costs are not refunded.

If a coupon or promotional discount is used, the refund amount will be calculated based on the actual amount paid.

It may take an additional 3-10 business days for the bank or payment platform to process the refund.

    We only accept exchanges due to quality issues or incorrect shipment.

For other reasons, you must return the product first and then place a new order.
